Homemade Honey Apple Sauce

Weeks Wildflower Honey makes for an amazing apple sauce!
INGREDIENTS:
- Four apples of choice cut up leave skin on or peel off
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup Weeks Wildflower Honey or less
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 squeezed lemon juice or less
- 2 pinches of salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat on med all mixed together til boils then cover up for 30 min to simmer in low med heat - gently stir periodically
- Put in blender while hot
- Serve warm or cold
- Top with coconut nondairy whip cream
You can also use for a pastry filler
